Question Audio Problem!

My OS is Windows XP SP3.
Recently I got wearied audio problem.
When I play any thing the sound is like scratchy old record/cassette.
So is very low,but the music is higher than voice.
I have uninstalled and then reinstalled audio driver but didn't work.
Then I have uninstalled and then reinstalled new updated audio driver from net but didn't work.
Now I have reinstalled fresh copy of OS but that didn't work too.....
I can't see any hardware conflict at "Device Manager" too.
Please help me!

Thanks!
But problem solved.
The audio port become too loose due to plug and unplug of speaker and headphone again and again.....
I use speaker at day and headphone at night.
