Want A laptop around 35k

I would like to have the following specs -
intel core 2 duo (=>2GHz)
minimum 3GB RAM DDR3
320GB hard drive
grahics card nvidia/ATI(512MB) if possible..
bluetooth 2.0,Wifi must
good audio
not DOS/Vista/Linux please..

SONY has come with too many i3 & i5 modles in the range from 30K to 37K. Get any one of them. Don't go for C2D proccy. Go for i5 man.......
