Best UPS for 1/2/3Hr. Backup for 400Watt System

Dear Masters,

Please help me in this UPS Issue.

I think have 400watt system at present, as per assemblers word.

System is core2duo E6750+DG33FB Intel MB + LG LCD 17" monitor+Artis 3.1 Speaker, so that one can estimate it if possible.

monsoon is comming and before I face major power cutoffs I thinking of giving my present system backup for 1 Hr or 2 Hr. or 3 Hr. ...

So I need a valuable advise from masters here,

what should I opt for? Can i get good backup 1Hr. at least with Rs. 10,000/-

1. My PC Assembler suggests

A. APC inverter system @7500 with two 9AH batteries which will give me 1 Hr. backup as per his words

B. Powersafe Rs.2750/- Inverter + Rs.7000/- battery which will give 1Hr. backup

2.A Local inverter vendor suggests following 4750/- + two batteries 35AH (2500x2=5000/-) --- this combination he says will give 1.5Hr Backup for current system ...

Please guide me with your valuable words...

Please do not be pissed off by my remarks -- but why not go for an inexpensive netbook for a little bit more price?

I really don't see any point in spending so much money and added cost of maintenance over time to make a power guzzling desktop pull through a little bit longer.
