New MoBo and processor

I am thinking of updating my cpu for a new one. Please suggest a combination of mb processor ram and graphics card within 10000-15000. my uses are limited to office work and midlevel gaming

AMD phenom ii x3 435 - 4k (a bit difficult to find but u can order it from techshop.in)
Gigabyte GA-MA74GMT-S2 - 3k
2 GB DDR3 from A-data or zion - 2.5k
HD 5670 1GB - 6k
Total- 15.5k (it will fit into your budget if u get good street deals)

Motherboard: Biostar TA785G A3 @ 3.7k
Ram: A-Data 2Gb DDR3 1333Mhz @ 2.6k
Graphics Card: Sapphire HD5670 512Mb @ 5.3k
PSU: FSP Saga II 350 Watts @ 1.5k

total: 17.1k. skip the PSU if you having a good PSU. BTW what PSU you having?

i thought it was phenom ii x3 as techshop.in is listing it as phenom
