Default Compatibility Issue

are the following parts compatible:
1.Phenom II X6 1055T 2.8GHz @ 9.6k
2.Sapphire HD5570 1GB GDDR3 @ 5k
3.Transcend 2GB DDR3 1333MHz C9 @ 2.9k
4.Biostar TA785G A3 @ 3.7k
5.also suggest a good cooling kit within 1.5k

second configuration:
1.Phenom II X6 1055T 2.8GHz @ 9.6k
2.Sapphire HD5450 1GB DDR3 @ 3.9k
(or)
Sapphire HD5550 1GB GDDR3 @ 4.9k
(which one is better for gaming and multitasking)
3.G.Skill F3-10600 1333MHz CL9 2GB @ 2.9K
4.Biostar TA785G3 HD @ 4.3k

which one of the above configurations is better for gaming and multitasking?

Maultitasking isnt aided by GPU.It depends on proccy and X6 is best fro that.

Go for this
Phenom II X6 1055T 2.8GHz @ 9.5k
Biostar TA78G3 HD @ 4.1k (you will need to do a bios update for that board to support X6) so you have to put another proccy to do the bios update.)
For X6, 8** series boards are recommended if you have the budget.
Transcend 2GB DDR3 1333 @ 2.9k
Sapphire HD 5670 512MB @ 5.3k better than both the cards mentioned.
