Odering PC in next 2 days, need suggestions...

I am ordering a new PC basically for 3d modelling....a lil gaming, and HD movies.....
I am buying

core i5 750 with some intel original p55 board-16800
samsung 22" ~ 9400
some frontech cabinet and 650 watt smps ~ 2500
4 gibs ddr3 1333mhz ram ~ 5500
dvd drive ~ 1100
speaker creative 2.1 ~ 1350
wireless keyboard mouse, logitech ~ 1500
ups 700va~ 2500
HDD 500gb~2500
Gpu?????~5770??or5670??


Plz suggest which GPU should opt for? and is this config AOK??

why don't you consider the new AMD 6core? its cheaper & as your primary use 3D modelling, will be better buy. also opt for some other motherboard if you fixed on i5.

get a good cabby + not any 650W PSU. get FSP Saga II 400W (order online if not available). or get Corsair VX450W (if you choose HD5770).

get APC 650VA @ 2.8k. good buy at that price.

500Gb HDD will cost you 2k-2.2k

for HD gaming, get HD5770. if you do only casual gaming, HD5670 should suffice.

@sam.shab i was waiting for more than 2 months to get core i5 in my city, now finally i am getting it, if i will try for amd 6 cores, it will be hazardous for me.....
and i am not able to get a good cabby and psu in my city(gwalior) and moreover my budget will be ruined with a good cabby and psu, is it that much necessory??

Will it make a lot difference with a diff with 3-4k in 5770 and 5670???

An AMD X6 will be good for processing works and casual gaming.Also its very much future proof.

It smells danger
You can cut down in cabby but not in PSU.Its the base of a rig or else you will end up with a blown PC.

you can adjust with zebronics bijli @.9k
but for PSU it should be atleast FSP Saga II 400 or Gigabyte 460W @ 2-2.2k range.But for a 5770, it should be corsair vx 450W @ 3.5k.

Good PSU is a must for the rig.

If you go by this thought process, then one day your system will be ruined. Please get a decent/good PSU. It is the heart of your system, which feeds the life blood. Rest is your choice.

about first question, ajai already gave the answer.

about second part asigh already gave an excellent reply. still just know, a good PC + a bad PSU (not necessarily cheap) = you purchasing a timebomb.

My suggestion, get a good PSU to support your i5 & 5770 or 5670 whichever

my budget is max Rs-2800 for the psu,
out of the three i personally like the looks of corsair_cx400 but its little bit expensive as with the same amount i can get FSP-SAGAII-500 but the look of
corsair_cx400 is driving me crazy...so guys wat u suggest.
