Are the USB 3.0 pen drives available in the market ??
if so pls suggest me a good brand and price...

can the existing 2.0 version pen drives give any improved performance via 3.0 ports ??

they are out, however not yet available in full fledge, the current usb2 won't give any performance bonus on usb3 port.
