Default OverHEATED!!!

Hi Friends,

I just wanted to know is this temperature good for the following RIG?

Intel Core 2 Duo E4500 (Not OC'd) - Stock Cooling
Intel D946GZis
2GB RAM

This is the Idle temperature.

Don't you think it is over-heated for a Decen't rig.

And whenever I run CS 1.6 it raises to 60 - 62 Degree Celsius and the Keyboard + Mouse just freezes and only the monitor shows the motions and HDD LED and DVD LED starts running abnormally.

What should I do?, I applied Thermal Paste but the temperature is the same.
