A nice new product from Logitech, and one we are quite interested in. Although the fewer keys take some getting used to, once you map your favourite games' controls to the proper keys, the action starts.

Macro keys, backlighting, an LCD HUD and even a tracking device with mouse buttons for your thumb - the G13 totally replaces your keyboard. From games like Metro 2033 and S.T.A.L.K.E.R to Dragon Age Origins, the G13 works equally well. Note the indents on the keys meant for directional movement - super intuitive.






The base isn't really soft, but it does have a slightly rubberised feel that is comfortable, yet doesn't get sticky.
