Plz Help Me to Buy a 5.1 Sound System

I want to buy a decent 5.1 sound system within range of Rs.4500. Plz help me to select one......

Altec Lansing VS3251 was the model i think...It was something like that but i dun remember the exact model..I bought it around a year back..Its around 3.8K.
Pros:-
Extremely crisp sound....
Awesomely light speakers..
Nice build quality....
Sophisticated/professional like design
Cons:-
Weak Remote reciever (no more than 10 feet far)...
3.5 mm Pins so only PC for full surround sound..
Soft Bass..BUt if u put it too High it gives a Pinching type sound of bass..not a deep one( ull understand wen u listen to it once)

Creative Inspire T6100 @ 3.7k I bought it 6 months back.

Pros:
Crystal clarity sound
Tweeters and midrange drivers
18W horizontal centre speaker for clear diologues in 5.1 movies
Wall shaking bass
Good build quality and styish look

Cons:
No wired remote.Volume control is attached to Front Right speaker.
Bass is slightly over powering after the bass level 2 in subwoofer.

P.S :
You should pair it with a creative SB series Sound card for best results.Atleast a SB 5.1 vx @ 1k (I use that and the combo rocks).If you use it in an onboard audio, It'll be played crap.
