memory bar usb device !!

I ve a corsair flash voyager pen drive(8 gb)..recently i put it in my college computer and after that it's not getting detected in any pc..!! when inserted it shows something called memory bar usb device.. cant store anythin in it.. it restricts system start up and shut down.. doesn't let me open disk management and all .. Plz help .. don't ve warranty for that .. so plz someone give me some solution to repair it.
It shows up in fedora but when told to format it says access denied..

if its allowing scan it with latest signatures of anti virus and try to format or use third party formatting tools and try.
