Default sound problem

i have a sound problem in my mother board asrock p4i45gv .
last time i format the HDD and install window xp sp3 everything
ok but i install the sound driver C MEDIA041 BUT I SEE the warnning
on screen

our audio chip provides multi-speaker surround and realistic sound
effects due to the fact that your computer is not equipped with
our audio chip , you can not avail yourself of these advanced
features
