How much hard to get 3gb/s speed for hard disk
first of all hi to every one
my system configuration is
asus P7H55DM-EVO
intel core i3
2gb ddr3
and two hdd
my hdd info is attached
proble is that i cant able to get speed more than 70 mb/s on my storage devices please help in order to maximum performance of my HDD(Storage)

i mean to say that speed in gernal not just for copy also for application and games.

It's because the 32bit OS supports the limited B/W so data transfer is limited....
For faster performance try using the x64 bit OS.....
