ADSL2/ADSL2+ Modem

I am in need of an ADSL2/ADSL2+ Modem. The one given by BSNL has gotten old and I am thinking of replacing it.
I already have a wireless Netgear router, so don't need a wireless modem. Please suggest.

Why don't you sell both BSNL Router and that netgear one and get yourself a netgear/linksys ADSL Router instead of getting a ADSL modem and hooking it to Netgear Router???
