Urgent help needed with upgrade.

Guys, i wish to upgrade my PC to a Quad Core system with DDR3 RAM. I have a DVD ROM, a DVD Writer and a 80 GB hard disk(these are brand new). These have ATA connectivity.

The problem is i cannot find a motherboard that has at least 2 ATA ports and support DDR3 Ram.
If you have a similar rig please suggest a suitable configuration.
I have heard there are certain adaptors that can connect a ATA port to a SATA device if you know anything about it please let me know.
