Cheated by vendor!! Help!!

Hey ppl! Im in grave trouble.
Yesterday i bought a dell inspiron 15 from Boss computers (sco 56 sec. 20-c chandigarh).

This is what happened:
They quoted the price 42.5k(which i foolishly paid)
They reported the system to be the same model i had asked for(i3, 4gb ddr3, 320gb hd, 1gb gfx card).
The model was n siries (no windows) so they installed a pirated copy. I didnt mind, as i would move to ubuntu as soon as i could lay my hand on a cd, or download it. Moreover even driver disc wasnt there in the box. N they didnt had the driver of gfx card either (told me they'll download it n send to me in a disc). I grabbed a mouse, kboard, bag, headphones also.


The trouble:
when i reached home, the first thing i checked was system information, n i was shocked.
The lappy's model was dell inspiron 1564 (the older inspiron). The ram was 4gb, but 1gb was shared. There was no gfx card driver installed (nothing in dxdiag) but sys. Inf. Showed ati m. R. Hd 4670!! So basically this model was a customized old inspiron n surely not worth the price i paid(42.5k).

So what i'm to do??
Is there any chance they'll give me back my money? I definitely dont want an old piece.

I dont think u can get the money back. What does ur bill say... has they written the same model number in the bill as well..

Also, didnt u checked what you are buying before you paid for same.

hey..it happens sometime...i don't think they'll give back the money easily....if u seriously wanna get money back then the 1st option is to say them,then torcher them or publish something bad about them...

Thats serious ****.
Check the bill.
Here are some things you can do:-
1) Go to the store and explain that they have given you the wrong model.
(I am not sure this will work since the guys must have had some malicious intent in the first place.)
2)Launch an official complaint to digit.If someone can solve this,its them.
