Default UPS issues

hey guys, I have a 2year old frontech 600va 350 WattUPS. And a lame non gaming PC. 2gb ram, Amd 5000 x2.

I keep my system on always.
Now as soon as power is out, the UPS does not even hold for 5 seconds, It just dies.

What's up ? Is this UPS done for ? Or should I try charging it for 8 hours and will it be back to normal ?

It also says 1 year warranty on battery. So is the battery gone ?

Regards.
