Exclamation buying hardware need advice!!!


Hey m gonna assemble a new pc with the following specs :

C2D E8400
MSI P45 Platinum
4 GB Corsair DDRII RAM
640 GB X 2 WD HDD RAID I + 80 GB WD
XFX GTX 260 Graphics
BenQ G2420HD Monitor
PSU 620W Corsair
Altec Lansing Speakers VS2421

can ny1 suggest somthng better...
it will be used for movies, gaming and lots of programming...

i suggest this -

Core i5 i750 2.66GHz @ 9.9k
MSI P55-CD53 @ 6.7k
G.Skill F3-10600 1333MHz CL9 2GB @ 2.8K * 2
Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB @ 5.3k
PowerColor HD5770 1GB GDDR5 V2 @ 9.6k or Sapphire HD5850 1GB GDDR5 @ 15.8k
Corsair VX550W @ 4.7k
Altec Lansing Speakers VS2421 @ 2.2k

get a good cabinet like NZXT M59 @ 3.8k also
get a good cpu cooler if you will OC like Coolermaster Hyper N520 @ 2.4K

if this exceeds your budget then go for
Phenom II X4 965 3.4GHz B.E. C3 @ 8.6k
ASUS M4A785TD-V EVO @ 6.3k

if you wanna go intel's way, then go with jaskanwar's suggestion....

under amd:-
Phenom II X4 955 3.2GHz B.E. @ 7.9k(oc it to get 965 perforemance....)
ASUS M4A785TD-V EVO @ 6.3k
Sapphire HD5850 1GB GDDR5 @ 15.8k or MSI HD5770 HAWX 1GB GDDR5 @ 10.2k
Transcend 2*2GB DDR3 1333MHz C9 @ 5.4k
Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB @ 5.3k
Cooler Master Centurion 690 @ 4.2k
Corsair VX550W @ 4.7k
BenQ 22" E2220 FULL HD LCD Monitor @ 8.5k
coolermaster n520 @ 2.4k

total:- 60.5(with 5850 and cm 690) else 52k(with 5770 and nzxt gamma).... choice is yours....
if this exceeds your budget then get nzxt gamma or 5770....

if doing decoding stuff, then get phenom else Athlon II X4 630 2.8GHz @ 5.1k would suffice you....

budget is 60000(flexible) and mostly i wanna game on it....
i am a music fan and have lots of albums stored so i need RAID I and a large hard disk...
also thnx for the advice....

he can go for 2 X WDC Blue 1Tb if he takes a bit cheaper cabby. also Benq 22" cost 7.5k now. rest everything good for a gaming & multimedia PC.

you won't get alienware for 60000. they are much costlier.

Saphire ATI Radeon HD 5770
1TB Western Digital Cavar Blue
PSU 650 Watts
Dell Monitor (Any type which you like)

the rig that jaskanwar mentioned is a good one
go for that if u are more on intel side

otherwise go for the AMD one that rahul mentioned(if u can then plz change the mobo to 790gx)

and regarding ur ALIENWARE FEVER
i know they looks super cool
but they cost a lot more than what they deserve
believe me!!!

the nzxt m59 supports only one side panel fan
