Default VIA HD output error

Hi to All digitians
My friend is having problem in his newly installed Windows7

During shutting down he always gets an error of "VIA HD output Application error - Instruction at 0x00405009 refrenced at 0x01b817f4"

This code changes at every shut down

HIs configuration is
phenomII 965 BE
Asus m4A78T-E
Corsair Xms3 (cm3x2g1333c9) 2x2GB
Coolermaster PSU 600W
