Need a gaming cou for under 40k

hii, i want to buy the following components for a gaming cpu

A processor , motherboard, ram, psu, case, gpu

i would prefer core i series

Transcend 2x2GB DDR3 1333MHz @ 2.5k each(i.e. 5k)
Corsair VX450 @ 3.8k OR Corsair VX550 @ 5k
Sapphire HD5770 1GB GDDR5 @ 9.7k
CM Elite 310 @ 1.5k OR CM Elite 334 @ 2.2k

Total = 37k

You have still 3k left in hand.

At this budget if you go for AMD then you can opt for Sapphire HD5850 1GB GDDR5 @ 15.8k

Now just decide what you want.

how about gtting a gigabyte usb 3 mobo

Well for that price I think USB3 Mobo is just VFM. You can check out the reviews on various sites and decide yourself.
