Did a clean on hdd and need help!!!!!!!!

i accidentally did a clean on to my external hard drive using command prompt.i havnt partitioned my disk after the clean.how do i build my harddisk back..i tried a lot of partition recovery programs but nothing is rebuilding my disk.when i used data recovery softwares iam able to see all the files in the hdd intact and i am able to extract them one by one.but since its 1tb that's not an option for me.please tell me any program that can build my hdd back ,it was in ntfs format.

"Sad but true" is that, u can't JUST rebuild the tree structure of the HDD. Only option is to extract data. U r fortunate enough to see all those deleted data intact. Try to recover as much as possible.

+1 for whar rhitwick said.
if you tried doing something, most of the files like pdf avi and all will come out broken, there will be huge mismatch of which file is which even in the broken files.
