PC (without monitor,kb,mouse etc only CPU) within 15k urgent

Dear all i have already opened a thread for my pc .. here

New Pc Configuration

But my friend wants to buy CPU with 15k budget along with me ( this saturday)

Components required are

PROC:
MOBO:
RAM:
HDISK:
CABINET+PSU:
UPS( optional if it can fit within 15k budget)

Biostar TA785G3 HD @ 4.4k
Transcend 2GB DDR3 1333MHz C9 @ 2.7k
Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 500GB @ 2.3k
Zebronics Bijli - PSU @ 1.2K
VIP Gold 400W @ 1.5k

Total: 16k

to cut cost, just ask him get the bundled PSU. i know the PSU is not good but not too bad also. no graphics card so no problem.

the mobo can be told as a cut down version of Asus M4A785TD-V EVO. have sideport memory but is mATX. IGP can be OC a bit but no match for Asus.

but my suggestion, get the above only. 16k & its worth it. as for UPS APC 550Va is enough.

and CM elite 310 costs 1.8k here in bangalore

if pc is for home use, then iBall cabby + PSU can be used. also the components i gave won't suck lots of power. well if iBall or Zebronics or Frontech cabby, then PSU better be 500W bundled. 400W PSU from same wil also do ok.

Why not WD instead Seagate ?

yup, u can. change Seagate to WDC blue 500Gb.
mobo is biostar. giggy & asus & even msi cost more than 5k.

well for PSU + cabby, better get a Whole bijli as a set. along with the default PSU. as graphics card won't be purchased, the default 400W psu wil work good. & bijli wil keep the cabby cool.

for ~18k, 1 can get only these:

Processor: Core i3 i530 2.93GHz @ 5.9K
Motherboard: Intel DH55TC @ 5.7k
Ram: Transcend 2Gb DDR3-1333Mhz: 2.7k
Hard Disk: WDC Blue 500Gb: 2.3k
Cabinet: Zebronics Bijli @ 1.6K

Total: 18.2k. but that intel mobo sucks.

else swap the proccy for E7500. Mobo for G41 & Ram be 2Gb DDR2. total wil be down by 4k.
