can i install DDR2 800 with 667 ?

if ur mobo supports ram of freq below 800Mhz, u can install 800Mhz ram sticks & they'll clock down to appropriate speed & work fine.

Though it is advised to keep both modules of same speed.

Well if u hv 2 ram sticks then both hv to be of the same frequency but if u r
installing one then if ur board supports 667 still u can use 800 as it wil clock down to 667
