What should i do with this 8000?

GPU is not an issue as minimum games played.
HDD,PSU,Speaker,Keyboard mouse all are available.
Mainly used for Movies,songs,Sound Recording etc.

Our choise doesn't matter. If I had rs 8000/-, I would have obviously choosed graphics card. But as you stated games you play are minimum. As you said movies, music etc are your main preference I would suggest to invest in better LCD. As the motherboard you are buying have great inbuild graphics to handle HD Movies easily. So it would be better to invest the half of it in a better LCD and other half in 5.1 Speakers. In this way u'll get much better experience in movies and music...!!

Thanks,points noted down,I already have a Creative 5.1 (connected parallel with my line6 pod,gt8,1marshall,2 roland and 1 stranger amp with computer and few recording device) so investing in LCD is ur choice.

Yup there are many boards in 785 Series. I suggest MA785GMT-UD2H. It's a gr8 board. Well wait to see what other member have to say.

Asus is good nd u can buy that one..
But if u hv 8000 as money left to decide what to buy then y dont u go for i5 or i7?? Nd ur ram should atleast be 4gb dual mode..

So if u can invest that 8k in i5 nd more ram u should be hvng fun
ND a 19" or 20" Lcd is more than sufficient unless u go for 24"

It will give u better performance..

AMD 890G chipset just got launched. it hav USB 3.0 capability & 6Gbps sata ports. Crossfire & 128Mb DDR3 sideport. IGP clocked at 700Mhz & can reach 1.2Ghz.
