Need CPU and motherboard within 20k

Hi,
I need to upgrade my CPU and Motherboard to replace my 4 year old dead processor . My budget is 20k.

I have been thinking of going for Core i5 750 @10k + Any Intel mobo at 5K + 4GB DDR3 @ 5k.

I am also looking for a cabinet with good air cooling within 5k.

Any suggestions?

Core i5 i750 2.66GHz @ 9.9k
MSI P55 CD-53 @ 7.5k

will be my suggestion. The Intel mobos are not for advanced users and lacking many of the tweaking abilities in BIOS. The MSI mobo I've mentioned is of solid design as well as very good for tweaking. It has one switch optimization and power saver features.

For cabinet I'll suggest Cooler Master Centurion 690 @ 4.2k.

cilius' suggestion is good...
but y not an amd combo...cud save u some money that u can splurge later on ram or even a new grafx card!

consider:
1.AMD Phenom II X4 965 3.4GHz B.E. C3 @ 8.9k

2.a.Gigabyte GA-MA785GMT-UD2H @ 5.5k ,or
b.ASUS M4A785TD-V EVO @ 6.5k

3.Corsair TW3X4G-1600C9DHX 4GB Kit @ 6.6k

Total=21K wid gigabyte or 22k wid Asus.
U can save some money if u get G.Skill F3-10600 1333MHz CL9 4GB @ 5.6K....Then it wud cost u exactly 20k.
Intel Core i5 system with P55 chipset cant get u this much value...
