Default Compaq Presario over heating and blue screen error

Hi Guys, I use a Compaq Presario C700 model having Intel Pentium Dual Core 1.73 GHz, 2GB Ram, 150GB HD laptop. The problem with the system is there is too much over heating and shows blue screen error at start up or at the middle of working. I have attached the image of the blue screen with this post.

Need a solution, plz help!!!
