Default 533 FSB on 800 FSB motherboard


hi
my P4 computer motherboard died and it cant be repaired so is there any board available that can fit my P4 along with ddr1 ram

how about Gigabyte G31 motherboard ,this board support a minimum of 800 FSB but my Processor is 533 FSB

my config
2.8Ghz P4 511 533Mhz FSB (lga 775)
intel d101 ggc motherboard
2*512 MB DDr Ram (400 Mhz)
1 sata hardisk (80 gb)
1 pata hardisk (40 gb)
cheap 450 w

my budget is rs 3000

You can install your processor on this board. It has a FSB of 800 MHz means it s maximum supported FSB speed is 800 MHz. If you plug a CPU of lower FSB then it works on the CPU's FSB. Please mention the exact model number of your CPU and check the Gigabyte's side for the CPU support list. I have checked and there are plenty of processors of 533 MHz FSB. For finding out the exact CPU detail, use CPU-Z tool.
