Just check on the DELL India website. Raise a query for 19" model. They will send you a mail with the latest quotations with a working day.

Go for samsung 2033 sw plus @ 7.2k & its 20in.
The scr is 1000:1 & dcr is 50000:1.
Personally using it and its better than dell s1909w which i have too.

Go for BenQ G2200 - 7850 / BenQ G2412 - 11100

I guess, G2200 and G2410 will be more of the same, except for the difference in features... But a 22" FULLHD for 7850 is a killer deal.
Of course you can get S2209W for 8850 which is also fullHD. But I guess BenQ is worth it

Today i checked out the
DELL IN1910N 18.5-inch Widescreen Flat Panel Monitor->5850+
ASUS VH192D->5500+
However Dell E1909 was not there,i was looking for Dell Professional 1909W 19-inch Widescreen Flat Panel Monitor which was also not available.Even the price quotion was not available.

I would not suggest to go for 18.5" monitor. Have you inquired about BenQ monitors, take a look at them also. Also take a look at G2200, as emmarbee suggested. You don't have much options left now, as you dont want to go for Dell or Samsung.
