at your budget you wil get intel C2D based system & its outdated now. better stick to AMD or get i5 based system. still if u want, heres the config:

get 19" monitor as intel graphics are not at all good. still telling, forget intel, get AMD. else later upgrading wil b a big headache & same if any essential part of ur PC goes bad like proccy or mobo.

EDIT: woops, missed graphics card. get HD 5670 512Mb. good card @ 5.5k & 20" monitor. else if u stick to IGP, 19". don't worry, PSU wil handle it provided u got no plans to upgrade graphics in future.
