Default AVIVO Video Encoder for HD 5770

Guys, I am not able to find the Avivo video converter for my HD 5770 card. I have installed latest Catalyst driver as well as the separate Avivo package "10-1_vista_win7_32-64_xcode.exe".
In AtI's site it was written that Avivo video encoder will only work with 3000 and 4000 series cards. Is it true?
My OS is Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit
Please help me out on this
