Suggest a cooler less than 150mm in height and less than Rs.2000

hi,
please suggest me a cpu cooler with a height of 150mm or less. My budget is less than Rs. 2000.

Cabinet: Zebronics Bijli
Proc: Phenom II x4 940
Motherboard: Biostar 790gx +128mb

My stock hsf is not able to provide proper cooling to my cpu. Whenever i try to do some multitasking like edit video or play game, the core temp zooms to 70c. My idle temp is 45c (ambient 25c-30c). Also, i don't think i can accommodate cooler with greater than 150mm height. Otherwise, i would have bought hyper+ 212.

Furthermore, i don't intend to overclock and even if i feel the need in future, will do so mildly.

Please help.
