Athlon II X3 435 2.9GHz @ 4k
Transcend 2GB DDR3 1333MHz C9 @ 2.2k
ECS A785GM-M @ 4.8k
Zebronics Bijli @ 1.5K
Total: 12.5k

That ECS mobo is from its (in)famous BLACK series. Check its specs once.

me2 have not heard much about them, thats y i told "(in)famous". Well Tom's Hardware tells like this: "the A785GM-M, which is a forward-looking AM3 piece featuring a lot of enthusiast-friendly features, such as on-board power, reset, and clear CMOS buttons, as well as a diagnostic panel. This board has the distinction of being only one of two in our roundup able to run our Mushkin memory at 1,600 MT/s."

http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/...d,2441-13.html

other option in same price point (or just little below) is MSI 785GM-E51 @ 4.6k. not worth the price if u consider ECS.

& as for cabinet, 1 X 120mm & 2 X 80mm should provide the necessary cooling. but its worth adding a 4th fan at back. a 120mm fan.
