I want to buy a LCD monitor who can also work as a T.V? Please advice which brand is best?

My budget for LCD monitor is Rs.9000. Also, please tell Which brand is better DELL or some else.

Your best bet is Samsung 2233SW for 8.6k. Or Samsung P2250. P2250 is a somewhat new model and may be pricey, I dont know its price.
