Default Upgrading for 20k

I want to upgrade my PC to a reasonably good config for gaming, web browsing, working on bryce etc.
I want to upgrade the following components
-Motherboard
-CPU
-HDD
-RAM
-GPU
-Cabinet9with atleast 450 W SMPS)
-Optical Drive
I'd like an AMD Phenom 2 processor as it offers bang for the buck. A 4GB RAM is a must and I NEED a graphic card like 9600GT. IT should not have a 6-pin power connect. I know I'm asking for too much but please help me to upgrade my PC for Rs 20000.

Western Digital Caviar Blue 320GB

But Jaskanwar, I want a good config not thee basic one. I can do with 250GB HDD and 667MHz RAM but what about my 9600GT request.I think it is within my budget. A processor should be better than the X2 240.

Amd Athlon II X4 620
Gigabyte 785GMT-UD2H
Transend 2GB DDR3
WD 500GB
LG DVD Writer
Zebronics Bizli(Comes with 500W SMPS)

If you want casual gaming this rig would be fine. But if you r looking for serious gaming then you need a graphics card and good SMPS that needs slight up of budget. Otherwise 785chipsets comes with ATI 4Series integrated graphics with which u can easily play all the recent titles even crysis but in med settings. If that is ok with you go for this. The rig is completely in your budget.

Athlon II X3 435 2.9GHz @ 4k
ECS A785GM-M @ 4.8k or MSI 785GM-E51 @ 4.6k
Transcend 2GB DDR3 1333MHz C9 @ 2.2k
Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 500GB @ 2.4k
Gigabyte 80 Plus Active PFC 460W @ 2.2k
Cooler Master Elite 310 @ 1.5k

total ~17k. don't go for 9400Gt. get HD4650 512Mb or 9500Gt 512Mb. total @ 20k. still the HD4200 onboard should give good playable FPS in most games @ low resolution.

Hey I went with the X3 435, 4GB of DDR2800 RAM, M2N68-AM SE2, 320GB SATA, and a blazingly fast HDS 5670 1GB from Sapphire. I have Zebronics Serene cabinet and LG DVD writer! Happy with it for 25k! Thanks to you all!

Default Thanks and a new query!

Sam.Shab, I have 1GB version of the card and 4GB of DDR2 RAM, doesn't seem future proof but works well for me! And please tell me how can I make xp display DX11 as version in dxdiag, if I'm not wrong the 5670 is a DX11 card and it shows DX11 in Windows7 but my friend's 9500GT also shows DX11! Any Clarifications? PLease............................!

Even a 8400GS will show DirectX 11 in win 7.That doesnt mean 8400GS can run DirectX 11 games.DirectX is a programming language by microsoft thats why they include latest version in windows 7.But in order to experience DirectX 11, your card should support directx 11.DirectX 11 is in basic stages only few games support it now.Battlefield: Bad Company 2, Dirt 2, Metro 2033 etc
I havnt played any of them.I have played only few games in DirectX 10/10.1
They are Assassins Creed 1,Just Cause 2 and Resident Evil 5.
