Default HARD DISK INSIDE WESTERN DIGITAL MYBOOK

Hello,
to all of You.
Can anyone tell me Which Hard disk is present inside WESTERN DIGITAL MY BOOK ESSENTIAL EXTERNAL 3.5" HARD DRIVE? Is it Western Digital Cavier or some other model? Also please tell me Which external Hard disk should I buy?

I have a Seagate FreeAgent Go 320GB external Hard Disk. Gives me decent write speeds of around 20-27 MB/s.
