Question BIOS POST code FF, should I worry?

Yes guys, my MOBO came after a long time now when I assembled everything, an annoying sound comes out(imagine ambulance hooter or police jeep hooters in movies) and the BIOS POST code shows C1, then af ew more, then 7F and then settles to FF.

Now, to get rid of that sound I removed BIOS speaker but should I worry about the POST code??

Help anyone.........

Rhitwick, you are an old buddy here. But it would sure help, what motherboard and system you have. I can not remember, so cannot even relate to your problem.

c1 = memory size issue for Award BIOS.

You can track them from here. Are you on the latest BIOS. Try with memory one stick.
