Default Suggest Mobo

I have a dual core processor and i am looking for a upgrade of my motherboard .
The following points is what interest's me :-
1. Brand - Intel
2. Supports DDR2 and DDR3
3. Should be decent enough to support some games .
4. Should have support for IDE devices .


Budget = 4k only for Motherboard .
