I dont need all things its just upgradation

My idea is

Q8400.........7.7k
Asus p5QPL .......3k
Corsair ddr2 2gb.......2.5k
Cooler master 330 with smps.......3k

Can i get similar configuration below 15k with out reducing quality?
U can have a look at my current config

Your idea is little confusing. For example no Gfx card. And if you wanna go cheap, then AMD is the way to go, not Intel. I am suggesting you an AMD based solution

Athlon II X4 620 2.6GHz @ 5.1k
MSI 785GM-E51 @ 4.6k
Kingston 2GB DDR3 1333MHz RAM @ 2.6k
Zebronics Bizli Cabinet @ 1.4k (without SMPS)
Keyboard and Mouse of your choice @ 0.8k
Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 500GB @ 2.4k
LG 22x DVD @ 1.1k
BenQ G2020HD 20" LCD Monitor @ 6.5k
TAGAN TG500-U37 500W PSU @ 3.5k or Gigabyte 80 Plus Active PFC 460W @ 2.2k
PowerColor HD4850 1GB GDDR3 @ 7.2k

This is one of the cheapest config for a very good config. But u need to be very specific. it is not clear wheather you wanna buy all the components or just Processor, Mobo and ram. Then only we can suggest proper configuration for your budget.

Processor: Athlon II X4 620 - 5.3k
Mobo - MSI 785GM - E51 - 4.6k (onboard ATI HD 4200 is a very good IGP. Plays HD with eaze and directX 10.1 complaint)
RAM: Transcend 2GB DDR3 1333MHz - 2.6k
Cabinet: Zebronics Bijli ATX with 400w SMPS - 1.7k

Total - 13.9k

There you go . More performance than your rig and @ 13.9k

Cut down on cabby and Psu. U wont need so much when u want rig

The quality is not reduced. Only cabby has ben cut down if you wanna make below 15k

Athlon II x4 620 performs better than Intel q 8400

Moreover u won't have to buy GFX

The onboard IGP ATI HD 4200 will be enough for u

Proccy

Mobo

Ram

Cabby

Now i hav 9500 GT so will by GFX card later

New config from ur suggestions would b

Athlon II X4 620 - 5.3k
MSI 785GM-E51 @ 4.6k
Kingston 2GB DDR3 1333MHz RAM @ 2.6k

Really bro , it can't get any cheaper than this

And i mean it , it cant get cheaper anymore

This is the cheapest . No other DDR3 mobo below 4.6k and without IGP

I saw from ur post that u needed CPU+Mobo+RAM + Cabby

That's y i posted those 4 only

^^I dont think so. Even I've never heard such thing. But dunno whether the rig will be overkill for this gfx card. Anubis can tell you better.

Then your friends know nothing. Its little harsh, but true. There is nothing like Nvidia cards can't be used in AMD/ATI chipset based board or vise versa.
Only for crossfire or SLI the Mobo chipset comes in piture. Like u can't SLI in an AMD board or Crossfire in a Nvidia chipset board. For a single GPU, there won't be any problem. Go without any hesitation.

very TRUE.

AMD Chipset, 790GX, 790X, 790FX & even some 785G supports CrossFireX only.
Nvidia Chipsets support only SLI.
Intel X58 support SLI & Crossfire both.
H55, H57 support CrossfireX only if theres 2 PciE X 16 slots.

& what abt P55 frnds? Crossfire yes. wbt SLI?

MSI doesnt have much dealers here(cochin, kerala) because of some warranty issue. Also ECS is rare.
Can u suggest some good mobos from various brands suited for amd
athlon II X4 ?
I have a 9500 GT to use in that mobo
ECS MCP61M-M3 looks gud since its cheap and AM3+DDR3. But dunno whether its available here.
Is it worth to go for DDR3 now? since mobos for DDR3 are highly priced.
I need a suggestion on wireless KB & M
Is it worth to go for it? Do we need to change batteries often?
I found some in microsoft and logitec. My budget for that is 2k

Proccy
mobo
ram
cabby+smps
Wireless KB & M

total 15k
Thats why i hesitate to go for a highly priced mobo.I have 9500 GT and creative sound blaster audio card.
