Default Does my display have Dead Pixels??

Recently I've noticed that there is dark spot on the centre of my display, which is not getting removed, no matter how much I clean it, is it a dead pixel?? if yes, will dell repair it? My display is still under warranty

Screw!!!!! Dell Customer Care service of india. I've read that Dell is the only company which provides zero pixel gurantee, I called the customer care but they said that for one dead pixel, they will not replace it, unless there are minimum 7 dead pixels
