Getting low FPS in GTX 275 oc

CPU - AMD Phenom2 X4 810 - 2.66Ghz
Motherboard - Zotac 8200
RAM - 3GB OCZ
GPU- Zotac GTX 275 Amp edition!!
Hard disk- Segatte 250 GB & WD 500 GB in RAID 0
PSU - TAG 750W
Monitor - AAOC 2236Vm

when i had brought my new config. all the games were workin properly at ressolution 1920*1080 with high settings
FPS meas using FRAPS
GRID -60 FPS
Burnout - 60 FPS
Cyrsis -40 FPS
HD videos were running smoothly

but now suddenly all games have reduced FPS being shown !!!!!!!
GRID- 25-30FPS
Burnout - 35-40FPS
Cyrisis -25-30 FPS

temp of each component (using speed fan)
HDD both around 38-40 c
GPU around 50 (idle) & 80(load)
CPU around 36(idle) & 40(load)

Please Help !!!!!
i even formatted the c:drive & scanned for viruses using Kaspersky 2010
i even cleaned dust from inside the cabinet but to no vain
all drivers are updated with nvidia driver (191.07) & directX 9(Aug09)
now HD videos are also lagging with sound leading first & then the video comes!!!!!

In your case i think some unwanted background programs maybe the culprit.Either they may be viruses or vbscripts.Try to full format your hdd's and then try.

Back up your data and try a complete format and delete all partitions.Reinstall the os and again check the fps benchmark and post the results.

Could you run GPU-Z see and see the link width you are getting for the card. The bus interface value shoud be @ 16.

If it is not @ 16, pull out the GPU, blow a few times hard into the PCI.E slot, and reseat the card.

Okay try Drive Sweeper pro in save mode. See if any left over driver crumbs are there.

It checks all the drivers and support files you have on your system pertaining to GPU/and sound. And if there is anything unwanted you can remove it (with a backup option). If there is any conflict you will see it.

Please create a roll-back restore point before you run it.

when i pressed analyse button for checking Nvidia display drivers it should many files i ran the clean option & when i rebooted it the display came like there was no display driver installed (800 x 600 res) so i restored the files
please help !!!!!!!!!!

Did it show any files, from previous installations...?? You were not supposed to delete your current driver files...

i did try the old drivers but still no use !!!!!!!
i suppose some virus attack might have taken place b,coz even HD videos are not runnin properly !!!!
