Need QUAD PC within 25K !!!

My friends has a budget of 25K...He needs a QUAD PC.
Can you suggest me a good config without gfx card???

If you can stretch the budget , go for Gigabyte 460w - 2.2k

Get a good power supply to power this rig, in case a graphic card is added later. I recommend CM Real Power Pro 460W @ 3.5k minimum. Please don't compromise on clean reliable power.

What Anubis suggested is a nice rig, for your budget. If you are 100% that you will never use a GPU, then I would suggest to get a low power PSU from a good vendor. But if your budget is really a constraint, then use the embedded PSU on the cabinet, but be really careful. And do warn your friend about the low-sides of the PSU.

Go for AMD based solution without any doubt man, at ur budget, never think of Intel based solution, u will only get crappy things.
Anubis' suggestion looks good to me. Go for it. I think the inbuilt PSU of Zebronics Bijli cabinet will handle HD 3650.
And the price of Athlon II 620 is 5k now. So ur price is within ur budget.

Trust me bro , keep the costs minimal becoz if ur friend upgrades to ATI 5850 he will indeed need to buy a psu VX 550 - 5.5k

Your machine will be fine, and it will handle ATI 3650.

Well if you have money to spend, who am i to stop u , buy Corsair VX 450 - 4k

(For all GPU ATI 5770,575,5670,5650,5550,5350 )

Can't say bot the GT 3xx chips coz they will be more power hungry than their ATI brothers
