Question Help To buy a basic computer..

I need a basic computer on which i can play Counter-strike and counter-strike source in their full glory (and play HD content - optional). I dont require a monitor or speakers. Just the cpu config below Rs 12k..

Thanks in advance..

I think he means configuration whatever present inside the cabinet. In our childhood, this was the way to differentiate between the different parts of the computers.:-P:-P

And Arun the Gr8, here goes your config

1. Processor: Athlon II X2 240 2.8GHz @ 2.8k
2. Motherboard: Biostar TA785GE 128M @ 4.3k

3. Ram: Kingston 2 GB DDR2 800 MHZ @ 2.3k
4. HDD:
Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 500GB @ 2.5k
5. Cabinet: Zebronics Bizli@1.5k with inbuilt PSU
Total: 13.5k
But the Street price is lower, so you can get it very near to 12k.
It is very hard to provide discrete graphics card at your budget. So I have chosen the Biostar TA785GE 128M Mobo. This board is having radeon HD 4200 GPU with 128 MB DDR3 ram (sideport memory), more than enough to play Counter Strike. If you can extend your budget to 15k, then go for the modified configuration given below:
Motherboard: Biostar A785GE @ 3.6k
Graphics card: Sapphire HD4550 512MB GDDR3 @ 2.9K
