My 120MM fans are too noisy

I have placed 2 120MM Amigo Fans on top panels of my CM 690 Case, some times they create so much noise like a hair drier that my whole tables feels like vibrating. Is it the general problem with these Amigo Fans? Can someone give me a solution?

^^ Not sure about the exact make of the fan, and how they behave.

Is it bolted down really tight. Make sure that is done. Also you can check it once..by holding in your hand (be careful), and run it hooked up. If it makes same amount of noise, then the FAN IS THAT LOUD.

Then switch the fan, or place a fan controller for the fan. But the fan will spin slower for the benefit of less noise.
