Default Help needed selecting mother board

Hi,

Need to take a new mother board to replace an Intel D945 GCNL. Need to select mother board such that it can work with existing components.

Can you please suggest some mother boards and what factors to be looked into?
and also should I go for Intel or Gigabyte or any other brand(in terms of service)?

Thank you Techalomaniac.

Should I look for any other factors? For eg, This mother board's description contains that it supports DDR2 at 1066 speed. But, i have DDR2 RAM with speed of 667.

Would I be able to use this RAM if I buy above M/B?

And also would this M/B supports Pentium Dual Core processors? how to find out this information?

What's your budget for the motherboard. The one mentioned by Techalomanic is very good and is cheap too.

Yes you can run 667MHz DDR2 RAM in your rig without probs.

It supports Pentium Dual Cores AFAIK. For more info, check out gigabyte's website.
