youtube problem please help.

allright guys i dont understand i am facing this problem from yesterday night.

in youtube the video usually starts within 3-4 seconds after i open it.and goes on for about 23-50 seconds before the first lag or the loading then again it goes smooth.

but from yesterday night it started behaving in strange manner.sometimes the video plays ok and goes without any lag upto 6 minutes (in a 10minute video file).
then it faces such a lag that i have to wait almost 30 seconds to load.

then it plays for 5-6 seconds(instead of regular 30 seconds play or 5-6 minutes play) and again lags.

duringl this problem this icon blinks.sometimes it glows or sometime it fades

now guys i want to know whose problem or what problem is this is it the problem of the service provider.

This type of problem i also encounter with some video files on youtube and for other it works perfectly. I think there are some high priority given to some video as compare to others.
