Default "Standalone DVD player" which works like VLC?

I'm planning to buy a standalone DVD player. I need :

DVD playback
MP3 playback
FM Tuner
Audio CD playback
Data DVD playback (Backed up movies in DVD's using Nero>Make Data DVD) -> The movies I need to play are in avi/mp4 format, ripped from original DVD's, newhr between 700MB - 1.6GB.

Please recommend good DVD players with all the above features. The last feature is what i'm really looking at. Budget is not large (3k-5k), but if i find all the features, I may just dig deep into my pockets.

PS - I know ConvertXtoDVD will work for me, but just need a player to play my already backed up movies.

Also I need a good 5.1/7.1 speaker setup for around 5k for the above mentioned player.

Plays DivX movies even from USB

I found the SAMSUNG P490R for about 3.5k, but i dnt think it supported playing movies from USB. Can u please explain what advantage does HDMI out have? Also, HD playback means it plays HD avi, right? Is there a player which will play an HD rip(1080p) like the trailers in the Digit DVD and also full movies(6GB)?

^x264 doesn't look available. Would hav been good to have it though.

Anyway, I shortlisted possible candidates for my player, thanks to acewin.

Compare India - DVD Players - Philips-DVP5996K/94
Compare India - DVD Players - Philips-DVP 3996
Compare India - DVD Players - Samsung-DVD-1080PK
Compare India - DVD Players - LG-DV 388
Compare India - DVD Players - Philips-DVP 6565
Compare India - DVD Players - LG-DN 192H

The budget is 5k max. Which one should I go for? The 5.1 speakers are going to be Logitech X-540 to accompany the player. Thanks in advance to all those who help and also to those who already have.

As you will also be playing data DVDs,most DVD players don't even show data if it is written in 2nd or 3rd session. They will only show data written in 1st session.and also check for codec compatibility such as Divx, xvid and MPEG4 while ripping in .avi format.
