Power Supply + Fans

[BSOD]

I'm planning to buy a new power supply as my current one(a VIP 450W) is acting up. I think I will need something from a reputed company, I'm tired of all these crappy PSUs. I'm also gonna buy some new fans(both 120mm and 80mm) for Zebronics Peace(my current chassis). Also, anyone know if its possible to replace the fan at the top(the one with the button) in Peace?
I might buy a new chassis in the near future, any suggestions?

i got a problm with my PC. whenver i push the pwr button the red LED blinks continuously. After a long time the PC starts up. this was happening since the last few weeks until yesterday. NOW the pc doesn't start up at all. i hav to yank the CPU to make the power cable really taut and then only does the PC get pwr.
