Hell_storm is right in that it is probably due to a dead CMOS battery. However, sometimes it's caused by a corrupt BIOS and can be corrected only by flashing the BIOS, sometimes not even then.
Replacing the battery is an easy and inexpensive way to find out.
The cost of a battery varies widely from place to place. I've bought them at prices from Rs.5 to 40.

Even I get exactly the same error sometimes. To correct it I imply press F1, change the date and time, and then go to Advanced System configuration>>Hardware Monitor>> and enable the fan control. After that I ave the change and restart and on the net boot the message in gone.
