Question Please suggest a PSU for my PC

I am planning to assemble a new PC with the following configuration:

Intel Core 2 Duo E7400 (2.8 Ghz, 3 MB L2 Cache)
Intel DG41TY Motherboard
4 GB DDR2 800Mhz RAM
500 GB HDD
Sparkle GeForce 9800GT 512MB Graphics Card
LG DVD-RW Drive

Please suggest me a good PSU to go with this PC. My Budget for the PSU is at maximum Rs.3000. Also recommend a good cabinet for around Rs. 2000

Any other suggestions for the configuration is welcome.

Thanks in advance

9800GT?? For 500 bucks more you can get HD4850, which is lot more powerful.

And AMD Phenom II X2 550 for 5.5k is much much better than E7400.

Same way, a 780G board easily pawns DG41TY.

anyways, go for Tagan TG500-U37 if your budget is 3k. Check Zebronics Reaper if your budget for cabinet is 2k.

Thanks for the suggestion

The thing is AMD is hard to find in my area, and almost no support from the shops. And actually I am taking the 9800GT for CUDA and PhysX. Need to work in MAx and Photoshop and some video Editing alongwaith some gaming. I herad ATi has problems with the drivers when it comes to such applications.

The other things... well... i will check them out today in the shops.

Thanks a lot

in that case, get GTS250 which is available for some 1k. to 1.5k more. 9800gt is a dud, seriously!!!
