Question Need to buy PCI Sound Card Budget based

Hi,

I would like to buy a Sound Card with Optical or Digital Out options.

It is supposed to be PCI based not PCIe and also good value for money.

I would be connecting it to my Home theater System for watching HD movies with mostly DTS audio tracks.

Please Help
Thanks in Advance

it seems a good deal. Though the sound blaster audigy isnt gr8 at sound quality, there wont be any degradation in performance by using a digital out and decoding in the home theater system.
which system do you have?

there are lots of mobos with onboard optical/co axial outs. That wud ve saved u 2k and a PCI slot.
